The History

●In 1992, it set up Zhenhai Special Miniature Bearing Factory.
●In 1995, it set up Zhenhai MOS Miniature Bearing Factory.
●On June 9th, 1995, it set up Ningbo Duty-Free Zone MOS Bearing Industrial Co., Ltd.
●On July 12th, 1996, it set up Ningbo MOS Miniature Bearing Co., Ltd.
●On December 6th, 1996, Ningbo Municipal Government approved Zhenhai Special Miniature Bearing Factory to
retransform itself to Ningbo MOS Stock-Sharing Co., Ltd. and establish Ningbo Mos Group Corporation Limitedas well.
●In 1997, it set up Shanghai MOS Precision Bearing Co., Ltd.
●On February 24th, 1997, it set up Ningbo Motian Bearing Co., Ltd.
●In June 1997, our micro-Bearing passed ISO9002-1994 Quality Supervision System Attestation from China Trademark Quality
Attestation Center.
●On June 23, 1997, it set up Zhenhai Jianye Bearing Factory. (Jianye means start great undertaking.)
●In October 1997, Ningbo Mos Group Corporation Limited has been approved by China Foreign Trade Economic Cooperation
Ministry to own self-imp. / exp. Rights.

●On July 11th, 1997, it entered into pool capital with a Taiwan Company for the establishment of Ningbo MOS-Hope Bearing
Co., Ltd.
●In December 1997, our small-size Bearing passed ISO9002-1994 System after check and inspection.
●In January 1998, it set up Shanghai MOS International Trading Co., Ltd.
●On July 15, 1998, it set up Ningbo Hope Miniature Bearing Co., Ltd.
●In November 1999, it got QS-9000 Certificate from American BestCERT Quality Registrars, Ltd.
●In April 2000, it has been appraised by Black & Decker (Suzhou) Electric Tool Company as 2000s’ “Supplier of Excellence”.
●On June 1st, 2000, it purchased Ningbo Miniature Bearing Co., Ltd.
●On January 18th, 2001, it gained China Imp. / Exp. Commodities Quality Attested GB/T-24001-ISO14001: 1996 Environmental
Control System Certificate.
●On February 16th, 2001, it obtained the ISO9001-2000 Quality Supervision System Certificate from Wit Assessment Center.
●In May, 2001, it implemented Ningbo Hope Micro Technical Reform which has been approved by “China Economic Trade
Dept., China Bank ‘2000’ Foreign Economic Trade Electro-Machinery Issuance No. 273 Document”.
●In October, 2001, it set up Yinxian MOS Motor Co., Ltd.
●In November, 2001, it set up Ningbo MOS Machinery Imp. / Exp. Co., Ltd.
●In March, 2002, it set up Ningbo City Zhenhai MOS Bearing Parts Co., Ltd.
●On July 1st, 2003, it cooperated with Cixi Beilin Trading Co., Ltd. for the establishment of Ningbo Zhuangda Bearing Co., Ltd.
●On December 18th, 2003, it set up MOS Group Guangdong Branch.
●On September 5th, 2003, it entered into partnerships with Wafangdian Bearing Group Co., Ltd.
